THE BEEF

We have been involved in meat mastery since 1991, so we know that the well-being of cattle is necessary for the exclusive quality of meat. Our cattle are kept freely in the fields of the Baltic States, where they enjoy fresh air, drink breast milk and lush grass. Up to 24 months, with all respect to nature, the cattle meat is cut thoroughly and aged for 30 days and only then it reaches you. It is soft and, most importantly, rich in flavour.
